Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with this online course. If you need to speak to us about your purchase, please contact courses@drlynepiche.com, phone 778-552-6747 or write to us at our address (see below). This course is not refundable.  Should you no longer be available to participate in a scheduled course, you are welcome to reschedule your participation to a future date. If you choose to reschedule your participation to a future date, your course credit will remain valid for 2 years post purchase so long as there is a course offering available. After 2 years, your course credit will expire.  It is your responsibility to advise us if you are not available to attend a scheduled course prior to the start of the course. It is also your responsibility to contact the office within 2 years to reschedule your course.  Specific to the Clinician Masterclass and Forensic Masterclass courses, you may choose to transfer your course to another student  who meets course eligibility (only the Clinical Masterclass and the Forensic Masterclass courses are transferable). If you wish to request this option, please contact the office by email prior to the start of the course.
