ADHD & Sex: The Online Course
We will tackle themes related to overall ADHD management, explore common themes related to ADHD and sexuality and dive into the various issues that may be impacting your sex life.
We will discuss attention problems during sex, the importance of managing distractions, exploring transitions both in and out of sex as well as discuss the impact of sensory issues.
In addition, we will learn about sexual problems that are common for ADHDers such as sexual dysfunctions and learn how to tackle sexual impulsivity. We highlight the importance of building intimacy by ensuring good sexual communication. Finally, you will build YOUR SEXUAL PLAN to help you apply the program tools to your own life and relationships!
This course is aimed at individual participants as well as couples. Examples provided throughout the course will pertain to many different types of relationships. Come learn with us in a warm and supportive environment!
While it is recommended that you have a copy of the workbook to facilitate your comprehension of the materials, having a copy of the workbook is not required for program participation.

This 7 session online educational course is offered at a price of $269+GST/HST CDN for a single participant or a couple as defined for payment and access purposes as being 2 adults who are in a romantic relationship.
You may choose to attend on your own or with a partner.
