1. Age Requirement *

The Client affirms that they are over the age of 18. If the Client is under 18, they are not permitted to enroll.

I understand and affirm that I am over the age of 18.

2. No Substitution for Psychological Help

The Client acknowledges that the Course is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical help. The Course is intended for educational purposes only. If the Client is experiencing psychological distress or requires therapeutic support, they are advised to seek the services of a licensed mental health professional in their area.

I understand that the course is strictly for educational purposes.

3. Alias Use *

The Client understands that they may use an alias or pseudonym in place of their real name within the Course. However, despite the use of an Alias during the educational course, the Client agrees to provide their true legal name to the Provider for administrative purposes. The alias will be used to protect their privacy and ensure anonymity within the Course.

4. Recording Agreement *

The Client acknowledges that all Course instruction will be filmed for educational purposes. Course sessions may be recorded, stored, and is the property of the Provider. Q&A sessions will not be recorded unless advised by the Provider. The Client agrees that by participating in the Course, they grant permission to the Provider to record and use the instructional content for future promotional, educational, or training purposes.

I understand and consent that the Provider will record the sessions.

5. Respectful Communication and Language *

All communication within the course is required to be respectful, non-violent in nature, and appropriate at all times. It remains the Client's responsibility to ensure that any communications with the Provider and other Clients remain appropriate and respectful. Respectful communication is expected from all participants throughout the Course.

I understand and agree to the use of respectful communication.

6. Data Privacy and Storage

The Client agrees that any data provided during the Course (including but not limited to name, email address, billing information and course specific progress) will be securely stored by the Provider. This data will only be used for the purpose of managing the Course, ensuring a smooth learning experience, and communicating course updates. The Client’s personal information will not be shared with third parties without their consent, except where required by law. In registering for the course, you will be placed on the mailing list. I understand and consent to the data privacy policy as outlined above.

7. Intellectual Property *

All Course materials are the intellectual property of the Provider. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable access to the live course sessions for personal educational purposes only. The Client may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any Course materials without written permission from the Provider. Any such requests should be sent to courses@drlynepiche.com.

I understand that all materials are the property of Dr. Lyne Piché, Psychological Services, société professionelle, Inc.

8. Termination of Access *

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Client's access to the Course if the Client violates any terms outlined in this Agreement. In the event of termination, no refund will be provided to the Client.

I understand that no refunds will be provided should the conditions of enrollment not be maintained.

9. Entire Agreement *

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Client’s participation in the Course. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
