We strive to help you explore concepts related to ADHD and sexuality in more detail.
This course will include weekly, live online sessions where we gather as a community to talk more about ADHD’s impact on sexuality.

Objectives
✓ Improved awareness about how ADHD impacts your sexuality and your relationships.
✓ Learn the language to better communicate about ADHD and sexual issues with your partner and/or health care professionals.
✓ Learn specific skills to address features of ADHD and sexuality in your own life and in your partnership.
Course Overview
We will tackle themes related to overall ADHD management, explore common themes related to ADHD and sexuality and dive into the various issues that may be impacting your sex life.
We will dive deep into attention problems during sex, the importance of managing distractions, exploring transitions both in and out of sex as well as discuss the impact of sensory issues.
In addition, we will learn about sexual problems that are common for ADHDers such as sexual dysfunctions and learn how to tackle sexual impulsivity. We will also highlight the importance of building intimacy by ensuring good sexual communication. Finally, you will build YOUR SEXUAL PLAN to help you apply the program tools to your own life and relationships!
This course is aimed at individual participants as well as couples. We are an inclusive space, all are welcomed! Examples provided throughout the course will pertain to all types of relationships. Come learn with us in a warm and supportive environment.
It is highly recommended that you have a copy of the workbook to facilitate your comprehension of the materials and to complete the workbook exercises. This said, having a copy of the workbook is not required for program participation.
Join our next course starting on Monday January 19 and running until March 4, 2026 on Mondays at 5:30PM to 7:00PM Pacific Standard Time (7:30pm CT/8:30pm EST). Office Hours will be held on Wednesdays at 5:30PM Pacific Standard Time (7:30pm CT/8:30pm EST).
Please note: Recording the course content is not permitted, however, session replays will be available throughout the duration of the course. You agree to sign the educational course agreement before being authorized to attend the class. This form will be sent to you in your welcome email. All participants must complete this form.
This 7 week online educational course is offered at a price of 350$+GST/HST CDN for a single participant and 375$+GST CDN for a couple (defined for payment purposes as being 2 adults who are in a romantic relationship). You may choose to attend on your own or with a partner.

Your course credit will remain valid for 2 years post purchase should you need to reschedule your participation so long as there is a course offering available. After 2 years, your course credit will expire. It is your responsibility to advise us if you are not available to attend a scheduled course prior to the start of the course. It is also your responsibility to contact the office within 2 years to reschedule your course.
