  • Communicate clearly about sex; share fantasies as well as likes and dislikes with your partner

  • Meet regularly with a partner to discuss what is going well and what could be improved in your sex life together

  • Create sexual plans that work for both of you

  • Allow for spontaneity in the sexual plan if that is important for you or a partner

  • Manage your ADHD! Put in the effort to appropriately manage your ADHD symptoms
