We strive to help you explore concepts related to ADHD and sexuality in more detail.
This course will include weekly, live online sessions where we gather as a community to talk more about ADHD’s impact on sexuality.

✓ 7 weeks of live Zoom classes. Classes will include a 1 hour educational lecture + 30 minutes for questions!
✓ 1 hour of additional Q&A office hours weekly, through Zoom.

✓ Weekly emails with a course summary, key educational goals and homework questions to facilitate your learning.
✓ A bonus introductory video that explores the importance of both solo sex and partnered sex.
Course Overview
We will tackle themes related to overall ADHD management, explore common themes related to ADHD and sexuality and dive into the various issues that may be impacting your sex life.
We will dive deep into attention problems during sex, the importance of managing distractions, exploring transitions both in and out of sex as well as discuss the impact of sensory issues.
In addition, we will learn about sexual problems that are common for ADHDers such as sexual dysfunctions and learn to tackle sexual impulsivity. Finally, we will highlight the importance of building intimacy by ensuring good sexual communication.
This course is aimed at individual participants as well as couples. We are an inclusive space, all are welcomed! Examples provided throughout the course will pertain to all types of relationships.
It is highly recommended that you have a copy of the workbook to facilitate your comprehension of the materials and to complete the workbook exercises. This said, having a copy of the workbook is not required for program participation.
Please note: Recording the course content is not permitted, however, session replays will be available throughout the duration of the course. You agree to sign the educational course agreement before being authorized to attend the class. This form will be sent to you in your welcome email. All participants must complete this form. Participants must be registered using their legal name.
Join our next course starting on Thursday June 5th and running until July 17th, 2025, on Thursdays at 5:30PM to 7:00PM Pacific Standard Time (7:30pm CT/8:30pm EST). Office Hours will be held on Fridays at 5:30PM Pacific Standard Time (7:30pm CT/8:30pm EST).
