Explore How ADHD & Sex Come Together
Developing awareness about how ADHD and sexuality combine is the goal of this community. Discussing sexual issues that are relevant to people with ADHD such as transitions, difficulties maintaining focus and sensory issues can help improve your sex life! Using clear language to discuss sexual concerns is an important step in enhancing your ability to talk about sexuality with a partner, and to resolve those sexual problems that may be getting in your way. In addition, better understanding the intersection of ADHD and sex may help you receive effective mental and physical health care in your community. Let's dig into some of the ways that ADHD and sex are connected!

What Experts Are Saying
This smart and practical workbook covers all the right topics that will teach you the skills and strategies to take your sex life to that next level and really enjoy each other. So work your way through it. Take your time and enjoy the process. Stay open to what you learn about yourself, your partner, your chemistry and even the places that you get stuck. Feel free to skip over parts and to maybe go back later. Person Centered Language:
ADHDer vs Person living with ADHD, language does matter!
Depending on your preference, there are a multitude of ways to identify yourself within the ADHD community, for example, “I am NeuroSpicy!” You might have noticed that I use the term ADHDer interchangeably with individual or person with ADHD.
For me, ADHDer = a member of the ADHD community. This term feels warm and inclusive, so I use it. For others, individuals or persons with ADHD feels more accurate and inclusive. Whatever your preference, inclusivity is key!”
